Job Summary

  • As a Field Applications Specialist - Tissue Diagnostics, you will act as the primary liaison/customer representative throughout the implementation process and future histology application support.
  • Provide highly visible, self-supervised and self-directed, extensive on-site advisory customer support through the implementation of Roche Tissue instrumentation and tailored customer training.
  • The territory is the Southeastern United States primarily covering South Florida and Puerto Rico, with 90% travel expected for this position.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience implementing and evaluating complex laboratory, IT products, medical diagnostic equipment, reagents and/or systems
  • Education or experience in Histotechnology
  • HT, HTL or CT Certification preferred
  • Experience with Pharma, Academia and research with Roche Discovery products
