Job Summary
The Global Process Owner for OTC is accountable for defining, governing, and making key decisions on order capture, credit management, pricing, delivery, billing, and collections across the enterprise.
Symphony is a program that will implement an updated ERP system and establish enterprise-wide standard processes and structure to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
This role involves leading the OTC workstream throughout the full global ERP implementation lifecycle and acting as the primary liaison between Customer Success and functional/technical teams.
