The External Fulfillment (EF) team supports Amazon Japan Operations by handling products not available in its own logistics centers and responding rapidly to demand changes, thereby expanding selection and improving customer purchasing experience.
This position involves executing daily routine tasks, analyzing and improving logistics processes, particularly with external partners, to reduce total costs, improve operational KPIs, and ensure healthy external site operations.
The role requires visiting external warehouses to understand the reality, conducting data-based analysis, defining and solving problems/challenges independently to contribute to the growth of both Amazon and its external partners.
