Base: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00; Bonus/Equity: performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability; Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, Paid Holidays & PTO, Short and Long-Term Disability, Paid Life Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Lithia Learning Center, Vehicle Purchase Discounts, Wellness Programs
