Job Summary

  • The Employee Relations Digital Data and Analytics and Operational Excellence Lead plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Employee Relations (ER) function through the strategic use of digital tools, data analytics, and operational best practices.
  • This position will lead efforts to integrate data-driven decision-making, streamline ER processes, and ensure operational excellence across the ER team to deliver the expected support to the business.
  • The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 194,250 to PLN 323,750 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ER or HR analytics

  • Certification and expertise in Lean and Six Sigma
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and HR systems
