Job Summary

  • Partner with sales professionals to diagnose key business growth drivers, provide change management support for strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies driving overall P&L results in the US Sales Organization.
  • Oversee key focus areas of training and deployment in their market, supported by executing new initiative launches and conducting targeted coaching sessions.
  • The base salary range for this position is $85,400 to $117,425, in addition to eligibility for a competitive bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Sales experience
  • High School diploma or GED required

  • Considerable knowledge of market and routes-to-market
  • Experience in sales and managing a team

  • Excellent communication and interacting skills
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes
  • Perseverance and attention to details
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful strategies
  • Keen understanding of Sales Planning, Business Processes and Systems
  • Strong knowledge and expertise of retail business processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
