Job Summary

  • The Director directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk, Concierge, Club Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Guest Experience and in some cases Kids for All Seasons program to ensure guests are satisfied and problems are promptly resolved.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to set strategic and operational direction and provide leadership, coaching, and feedback, ensuring succession planning and development for Rooms Division managers and future leaders.

Key Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury hotel/resort operations management
  • College degree required
  • US Work Authorization required
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent guest service and problem-resolution skills
