Key Requirements

  • Associate's Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's in Nursing, or Master's in Nursing
  • Valid RN License
  • Minimum of 1 year Registered Nursing experience
  • Baccalaureate Degree, ADN, or Diploma RN Degree
  • 3 years RN experience with 2 year experience in a clinical environment
  • Current BLS certification
  • ACLS certification or obtain certification within one year of hire date
  • Knowledge or experience in PCMH
  • Supervisory experience
