Job Summary
Maintain and operate environmental controls, emergency power, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and other building systems for safe and efficient facility operation.
Perform preventive maintenance, repair, rebuild, or replace various equipment, and operate auxiliary supply systems as needed.
Ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA, OSHA, NFPA, and other applicable laws and regulations while working with outside vendors and contractors.
