As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests and serving as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician.

Estimate development and repair order preparation
Warranty and service contract verification
Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles

Team player focused on customer service
Prior automotive technician experience
Knowledge of manufacturer warranty administration
Key Requirements
Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
