Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications as ordered by attending physicians or the Medical Director.
Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and participate in quality assurance and pharmaceutical services committees.
Follow all facility policies regarding medication administration, labeling, destruction, error reporting, and confidentiality of resident health information.
