As a Learning & Development Coach, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our VIC and TAS team and enhancing a culture of excellence in ancillary sales and customer service.
Key responsibilities include onboarding new employees, delivering targeted training, partnering with L&D and HR teams, and using Workday Learning to track and report on training.

Key Requirements
Minimum two (2) years' sales and coaching experience
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or related qualification
Experience with Workday Learning is highly desirable
Previous experience managing staff is an advantage
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously
Current and valid Driver’s Licence (full licence)
Flexibility to travel intrastate and interstate regularly
