  • Key responsibilities include onboarding new employees, delivering targeted training, partnering with L&D and HR teams, and using Workday Learning to track and report on training.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years' sales and coaching experience
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or related qualification
  • Experience with Workday Learning is highly desirable
  • Previous experience managing staff is an advantage
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Current and valid Driver’s Licence (full licence)
  • Flexibility to travel intrastate and interstate regularly
