This role directs and coordinates activities through subordinate team leads and other team members, driving overall store performance through effective supervision, communication, and coordination.
Key responsibilities include managing workforce productivity, ensuring compliance with sales and safety procedures, and supervising the talent lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, developing, and coaching team members.
