The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the College of Education and Health Professions (COEHP) centralized accounting team, determining appropriate workloads, monitoring the flow of Workday transactions, and overseeing the entry of state, grant, and foundation requisitions, travel claims, personal reimbursements, payment authorizations, budget amendments, etc

Job Summary

  • The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the College of Education and Health Professions (COEHP) centralized accounting team, determining appropriate workloads, monitoring the flow of Workday transactions, and overseeing the entry of state, grant, and foundation requisitions, travel claims, personal reimbursements, payment authorizations, budget amendments, etc.
  • Key operational responsibilities include financial oversight, monitoring worktag balances, managing specialized billing & registrations, and reviewing monthly financial reports prepared by accountants for departmental deans, directors, and Principal Investigators (PIs).
