Job Summary
This role supports the Service Sales and Service Operations organizations by delivering accurate renewal pipeline reporting and improving data reliability through process refinement and targeted automation.
The position plays a key role in forecasting support and operational insight by analyzing pipeline trends, identifying reporting gaps, and reducing manual effort through efficient use of Power BI, Excel, and other low code automation tools.
The role works cross functionally with Sales, Operations, and IT to ensure reporting accuracy, alignment, and continuity.
