Job Summary
Serve as the main point of contact for client(s) on event day and lead pre-shift meetings with staff, covering event details, timelines, and expectations.
Supervise food and beverage service, including event setup and breakdown, while overseeing inventory of equipment, small wares, disposables, and beverages.
Communicate with Facilities, Catering, and Culinary teams regarding any last-minute updates or changes and perform additional duties as assigned by Catering Management.
