  • Serve as the main point of contact for client(s) on event day and lead pre-shift meetings with staff, covering event details, timelines, and expectations.
  • Supervise food and beverage service, including event setup and breakdown, while overseeing inventory of equipment, small wares, disposables, and beverages.
  • Communicate with Facilities, Catering, and Culinary teams regarding any last-minute updates or changes and perform additional duties as assigned by Catering Management.
