Create and develop schedule of work activities for a Project and Tender which clearly shows the work breakdown structure, critical path activities, progress earned to date and programme to completion.
Develop procedure for design and construction project management scheduling, including coding, resources allocation equipment, manpower resources and material deliverables for construction schedules.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied.
