The Industrial Electrician Apprenticeship Program offers a hands-on path to becoming a certified industrial electrician with paid, real-world experience and technical instruction.
This four-year program in collaboration with Northcentral Technical College (NTC) includes 7,600 total hours of structured on-the-job training and 720 hours of paid instruction.
Upon completion, graduates are expected to work full-time for two years at BW Papersystems in Phillips, WI, with all education, travel time, and instruction paid.
