Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with current federal and state guidelines as well as in accordance with our facility’s established privacy policies and procedures.
  • You will assist in organizing, planning and directing the medical records department while ensuring proper filing, indexing, and confidentiality of resident charts and records.
  • The role requires attending mandatory training programs, reporting unsafe conditions, and performing administrative and secretarial duties to support facility committees.
