Job Summary

• This position demonstrates advanced knowledge of entry writing, classifying according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), participating in government agencies clearances (PGA), Code of Regulations, and Customs regulations.
• Responsibilities include preparing customs entries, forwarding freight, interfacing with carriers and overseas offices, communicating discrepancies, coordinating deliveries, and resolving finance/accounting reconciliation issues.
• The role requires scanning entries into the imaging system, preparing reports/presentations, troubleshooting documentation discrepancies, and establishing client relationships, with a rotating weekend and holiday work schedule.
