Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transferring while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
