  • The Assignee Clerk is responsible for managing the working hours of outsourced employees, providing daily capturing of new assignee take-on forms, termination documents, and status change documents on the Time and Attendance system.
  • Key responsibilities include managing Time and Attendance for all TES employees, capturing overtime, processing employee changes on SAP, editing time punches, and generating various reports.
  • The role also involves administering and reporting on employee data, checking agency hours and invoices, and liaising with client Head Office for IT and T&A system queries.
