Job Summary
Process all orders efficiently, accurately and in line with policies and procedures, running and following up on various control reports to ensure the order to payment process is fulfilled.
Handle and close customer complaints on time by collaborating with other functions, and build relationships with key customers by handling all incoming telephone calls and emails dealing with customer needs.
Attend all relevant training courses to develop skills and increase knowledge of Diversey products, and play an active role in company change process through positive communication.
