Job Summary

  • Process all orders efficiently, accurately and in line with policies and procedures, running and following up on various control reports to ensure the order to payment process is fulfilled.
  • Handle and close customer complaints on time by collaborating with other functions, and build relationships with key customers by handling all incoming telephone calls and emails dealing with customer needs.
  • Attend all relevant training courses to develop skills and increase knowledge of Diversey products, and play an active role in company change process through positive communication.

  • Computer Skills (Gmail, Google docs, Microsoft Word/Excel)
  • SAP - ERP system knowledge preferred
  • Fluency in English required
