Job Summary
As a valued member of our clinical teams, you will provide nutritional care services for Residents within legislative and budgetary parameters.
Consult with and advise the Dietary Manager and Director of Care concerning nutrition and hydration program needs through performing nutritional assessment using RAI MDS 2.0, nutritional care planning, implementation and follow-up for residents by involving the Resident, family members and care team.
