Job Summary
Design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning experiences that build the capacity of recipients of Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds.
Responsible for developing training materials and products, conducting trainings (both virtual and in-person) and supporting a range of technical assistance engagements.
This role specializes in developing and delivering trainings and facilitating learning engagements, combining deep subject matter expertise in disaster recovery programs with strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
