Job Summary

  • This position combines customer services call center skills with emergency response to effectively offer a constant source of communications on all emergent and non-emergent connections.
  • Operators will gain essential knowledge assisting with interdepartmental and community communication and safety using security dispatch radios and public address systems.
  • The Communications Center is staffed to provide full service to the hospital and all outlying properties 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
