Job Summary
This position combines customer services call center skills with emergency response to effectively offer a constant source of communications on all emergent and non-emergent connections.
Operators will gain essential knowledge assisting with interdepartmental and community communication and safety using security dispatch radios and public address systems.
The Communications Center is staffed to provide full service to the hospital and all outlying properties 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
