Job Summary
The GBS PPM Sustain Team will work in two key areas: Technical and Process Support for PPM Products, and Continuous Improvement across multiple PPM products.
This role requires attention to detail, proactivity, willingness to learn, identify the cause of questions or concerns from users, solve the problem, or escalate appropriately and articulate the solution.
