Job Summary
The Senior Commercial Loan Officer originates and services a variety of commercial loans, including complex credits, and is experienced in business development and cultivating relationships.
Responsibilities include operating with commercial lending authority, developing new business, expanding existing relationships, and gathering/evaluating documentation to structure, negotiate, and close loans.
The role involves managing a portfolio of commercial loan accounts to maximize profitability with minimal risk, identifying and evaluating deteriorating loan situations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
