Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Visual and dimensional inspection experience
  • Proficiency with calipers and optical comparators
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Experience with Oracle Quality modules

Nice-to-have

  • IPC certification preferred
  • ISO9001/ISO13485 quality standards knowledge
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to train other personnel
  • Commitment to continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • 1 year of work experience as a Quality Inspector
  • Understanding of GD&T and ISO9001/ISO13485 preferred
  • Associate's degree or related inspection experience may substitute
