The Global Head of Marine Labour Relations will lead efforts in establishing and implementing our labour relations strategy while putting our seagoing colleagues in the heart of everything we do.
Being the owner of the CBA’s and responsible for the negotiation strategy of these combined with ownership of maintaining a good and professional relationship with counterparts in the unions is a critical part of this role.
The Marine People and Culture team is responsible for the safe manning of the owned fleet consisting of around 300 vessels and is a key enabler of the Fleet Management and Technology strategy.
