Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or related technical field
5+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles
10+ years of relevant experience (if education requirement not met)
strong technical and problem solving foundation
6-Sigma (green belt as a minimum, black belt preferred)
