Job Summary
This role is responsible for shaping and delivering the UK's national innovation agenda as the most senior executive under the Executive Chair.
The Managing Director will oversee a £1bn core budget plus an additional £800m in externally managed programmes across sectors including AI, clean energy, and life sciences.
Successful candidates will serve as the lead representative to ministers and global stakeholders to drive the UK's competitiveness in transformational technologies.

Salary
Base: £145,000 - £155,00 per annum; Bonus: Potential discretionary performance related bonus; Benefits: Access to Civil Service Pension Scheme, 30 days annual leave + Public Holidays
