Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to maintain resident medical records and health information systems in compliance with current federal and state guidelines.
  • Employees are responsible for retrieving, assembling, filing, and abstracting information from resident charts for insurance companies and government agencies.
  • Staff must adhere to strict privacy policies, report unauthorized access attempts, and participate in mandatory training programs such as OSHA and HIPAA.
