Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of facilities management for assigned properties, serving as a liaison between property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Cultivate strong vendor relationships, including obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
