Key Requirements
4-7 years of total experience in React Native teams
prior hands-on RN delivery at scale
Strong TypeScript, modern React patterns
native module development (Swift/Kotlin)
mobile UX
Deep knowledge of Metro bundler, Gradle/Xcode projects
multi-env configurations, and OTA strategies
Testing (Jest/RTL, Detox/E2E)
release engineering, telemetry/observability
Experience with MDM distribution and enterprise compliance
Excellent client communication and consulting skills
