Job Summary
This is a working journalist position requiring shooting, writing, reporting, producing, and anchoring or co-anchoring newscasts for evening broadcasts at 6pm, 7pm, and 11pm.
The role involves developing and working sources to create compelling stories that strengthen the station's community-focused brand and rewriting content for the local audience.
Anchors are expected to represent the station at community events and will be responsible for operating camera equipment, computers, and editing machines, with travel and work on holidays/weekends required.
