  • Preparing documentation in the tax reclaim process and validating documentation prepared by team members.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new Clients or processes and building a safe environment to test new solutions.
  • Challenging covered processes to identify and mitigate risks and assisting in the development of junior team members.
