Accountable for mentoring and coaching teams and leaders on Agile principles, facilitating colleague development, building high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement using data and metrics.
The role involves owning the Agile coaching strategy to continually improve maturity levels across the organisation by embedding best practices and collaborating with other Agile Coaches.
