  • Guides teams, leaders, and organizations in adopting and optimizing Agile practices to foster an Agile mindset, enhance team performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Accountable for mentoring and coaching teams and leaders on Agile principles, facilitating colleague development, building high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement using data and metrics.
  • The role involves owning the Agile coaching strategy to continually improve maturity levels across the organisation by embedding best practices and collaborating with other Agile Coaches.

  • Strong ability to embed customer centric product delivery behaviours
  • Able to reinforce the product mindset
  • Capability to influence senior stakeholders
