Job Summary

  • As a JLL ServiceNow ITOM Developer you will create design, configure, and implement IT Operations Management modules—specifically Discovery, Reconciliations, Service Mapping and Cloud Management.
  • The ITOM Developer will use JavaScript, Flow Designer, and MID Servers to integrate third-party tools, maintain CMDB health, and optimize system performance.
  • This position offers the opportunity to work with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations while leading technical initiatives that drive significant business value and operational excellence.
