The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Saratoga Performing Arts Center who will oversee venue operations with a focus on guest experience. Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor will supervise all activities within the venue operations department while maintaining a specific focus on the guest experience and day-to-day operations.
This role requires direct management of event day staff, training on responsible alcohol service, and enforcement of sanitation and product quality standards.
Candidates must be able to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
