Job Summary
You’ll play a key role by working with our global Research Operations lead to set up systems and processes for Monzo and building and nurturing a customer-obsessed team culture in Spain.
We’d love to hear from you if you have experience setting up research processes for the first time, have worked on a global product before, and have lots of hands-on experience with exploratory and evaluative qualitative research methods.
