Job Summary

  • Support the Credit Insurance area in daily departmental activities, including administrative tasks, policy issuance flow, and insurance management, with direct contact with internal and external clients.
  • Prepare monitoring and policy management reports, follow up on processes, and interact with Commercial, Products, Operations, and Claims areas, as well as brokers and clients.
  • Participate in corporate training, business events, and internal/external meetings for personal and professional development within the Credit Insurance market.
