  • As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will support Enerflex’s goals by focusing on building relationships with managers to recruit top talent into the organization.
  • Engage in continuous development related to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP), Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), general compliance, military hiring, and other diversity initiatives.
