Job Summary

• The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership and in accordance with established nursing standards and facility policies.
• You will be responsible for accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, reporting errors or reactions, and maintaining a productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, and pharmacists.
• This role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident care information, participating in facility surveys and quality assurance programs, and adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective medication management.
