Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing
Knowledge of IPC, ESD controls, and ISO standards
Experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds periodically
Proficiency in SPC methods and automated inventory systems
Nice-to-have
B.S. or Associate's degree in Operations
Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
Experience conducting interviews and performance evaluations
Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
Collaborative high-performance team environment focus
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
