Job Summary
This position directs and audits customer service operations to ensure service standards and compliance requirements are met while overseeing campus debit account and credential programs.
The role provides leadership, training, and performance management for student employees and develops communication strategies to support operational planning and continuous improvement.
Compensation starts at a minimum of $18.99 per hour with an excellent benefits package including participation in the Wisconsin State retirement plan.
