Job Summary
Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist and per the physician treatment plan, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
Assist in maintaining the department, including cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area, and participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences as needed.
Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans, and instruct patient families or nursing staff in maintenance programs for discharge preparation.
