Base: $118,600.00 - $158,600.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan and discretionary equity awards; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Life Sciences
Minimum 5 years professional experience required
At least 3 years experience in instructional design or L&D roles
Working knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines preferred
