The RTL Underwriter evaluates real estate investment loans including fix & flip, bridge, and construction financing by analyzing asset-level risks and borrower credit.
Success requires balancing speed, accuracy, and risk mitigation while collaborating closely with Sales, Valuations, Construction, and Operations teams.
