The Program Specialist II also participates in crisis intervention, teaching, group process and on call as needed.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
Experience in inpatient or partial hospital psychiatric treatment
Child growth and development education
CPR - BLS certification within 60 days
CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification within 60 days
Minimum 2 years inpatient/partial hospital/residential child or adolescent services experience for prior employees
