  • The Program Specialist II also participates in crisis intervention, teaching, group process and on call as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
  • Experience in inpatient or partial hospital psychiatric treatment
  • Child growth and development education
  • CPR - BLS certification within 60 days
  • CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification within 60 days
  • Minimum 2 years inpatient/partial hospital/residential child or adolescent services experience for prior employees
